This hotel was an unexpected gem! The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, well heated, and immaculately clean. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the mixed grill, and had a friendly staff. Not to mention the stunning pool area - perfect for cooling off in the warmer months. The location is also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but it was still decent. the staff seemed a bit disorganized at times, causing some delays in service.

Spent the new year in a hotel in the desert with friends. the hotel provided us with a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious and cozy with beautiful decor. One of the highlights was the pool, which was sparkling clean and refreshing. the location of the hotel was perfect for our desert trek, and we were able to enjoy the endless dunes.
The Wi-Fi was slow and only available in the lobby. the room service took longer than expected.

We loved our stay! The hotel provided excellent service, including arranging desert trips, transportation and were very kind and helpful. The hotel facilities, like the beautiful pool, were clean and well-maintained. The location in the desert was breathtaking and added to our great experience. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
Can honestly say, there wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay.

This hotel is located next to vast desert landscapes, which offers breathtaking views for those who love nature. the hotel rooms are beautifully designed with spacious bathrooms, and the housekeeping service is commendable. Guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the stunning pool. the breakfast buffet offers a delightful range of gluten-free and omelette options, while staff members go out of their way to cater to guests' needs.
The hotel's website needs some improvements as they still advertise baby cots availability even though it is not readily available.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right next to the desert, was absolutely breathtaking. We loved being able to explore the desert and then come back to the comfort of this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and taking in the stunning views of the hotel and gardens. And of course, the pool was absolutely stunning, a true highlight of our stay.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.
